CPT & CES
CPT - CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
I have been that guy who shows up to the gym with my brand new membership... and no idea what to do. Based on your assessment and goals, I will write you an easily-to-follow, individualized training plan and guide you through it via weekly check-ins, in-person sessions, or both.

CES - CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SPECIALIST
I know how it feels to deal with lower back pain and stiffness in other joints, especially after long days of work. Your personalized plan will include targeted rolling, stretching, activation, and movement techniques to help your body move and feel better in your daily life. ​​
